Central Bank of China Expresses Hesitation, New Rules of IMF

Showing their hesitancy, the Central Bank of China, in the new rules of IMF in the policy of exchange rates that they believe is not reflecting views of the developed country.

The rules is stressed on the need to avoid the policies of the exchange rates can result to external instability and imbalances.

The Peoples Bank of China showed based on experience that adjusting exchange rates will play an important role in resolving the imbalances yet this will not be the last and only option possible.

The bank also said that this adjustment in the exchange rates will only worsen and destabilize the growth of the economy, affecting the sustainability and later on the growth in international economy, with the international finance market.
