Senior Vice President and Chief Financial officer James Gelly has resigned from Rockwell Automation. Gelly has left his position with Rockwell in order to move on to different challenges and opportunities.
Theodore Crandall has been named as the replacement for Gelly. Crandall previously held the position of head of the Control Products & Solutions segment of Rockwell in addition to being the Vice President of that segment of the company.
The company reported that Gelly will stay on with Rockwell’s financial function during the next few months in a supervisory position in order to make sure that the transition goes as smoothly as possible.
Rockwell is currently starting a search for a permanent candidate for the company’s chief financial officer position and will be considering both external and internal candidates.
