The production of gold in China last year had already rose up to 8% from that in the previous year of 247 tons, this will be overtake by the world’s third largest in the production of metal, as reported by the China Daily, cited in the survey of Gold Fields Mineral Services Limited.
The precious metals in London consultancy had said the demands for gold in the country the previous year totals to 259.6 tons rise to 3% in 2007, making it the third largest market for the world. This is followed by US and India.
The top industry of China, National Development and Reform Commission had stated that in February the country’s production of gold will be projecting in reaching the 260 tons.
