The private equity bill and it’s revised version as told by the ministry of finance in Germany, will deduct EUR465 million in the national tax revenue almost double to the EUR260 million that was envisaged at the original draft last May.
Hoping that this bill would enhance the condition in small and medium size companies, this will enable the capital firms a tax break that will enable them to invest in a company who are 10 years or up and a capital of EUR20 million.
This proposal of the ministry are expensive than its original plan, thus critics said that the previous draft is limiting.
EUR1 million will be the capital for the venture capital firms because of the new drafts. There will be having a tax rate if the investment will be of 70% in the companies that are of 15 years.
This bill will be due on August 8 if considered by the House Committee. The implementation will be on January 1, 2008 which has the same timing in the business taxation bill that is when the lower and upper House Committee approved it.
The private equity market in Germany is underdeveloped, they only make 0.25% Gross Domestic Product which is below average the 0.4% of Europe, as told by the Ministry of Finance.
The private equity investment volume is compared globally, US, UK, Japan and France is top four while Germany is the fifth as told by study of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

They will go out because they are very happy and will not fight against real powers at least one time in this life, and the time is now.
We like peace but don´t agree with any injustices and if ONU can have influence in nation´s fate, the most powerfull countries of the world can reach leadership to do the same.
God will protect this important mission but be prepared with your miliatary powers. Time to change the things. We want a world with splendour and honour for MEN and WOMEN because the country that encourages the perversion of sexual preferences in name of false evolution can´t continue to have influence. I believe that German like some countries of Asian still is a predominant country of real men and women. The world Islamic will begin the changes and need your hope, it got to be an honour.
