Oil States International, an oil field services company, reported on Monday that effective May 1st Cindy Taylor, who is the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, will become a member of the board.
Ms. Taylor was named to her current position on the 20th of February. She replaced Douglas Swanson, who had retired in order to be able to pursue personal interests. Mr. Swanson will still stay on in a director position with the company.
Oil Shares stock climbed up to $32.48 at the close of the trading day on the New York Stock Exchange.
